In 2012 he hosted “Laugh in London” with KEVIN BRIDGES and PAUL CHOWDHRY following his success thre previous year with SEAN LOCK and MILTON JONES.
Also in 2011 he performed at the Variety Club’s Tribute to RONNIE CORBETT which you can see on You Tube.
In the same year he was selected for Variety’s Tribute to the DUKE OF EDINBURGH on his 90th Birthday. His co-stars were BARRY HUMPHRIES (DAME EDNA EVERAGE0, AL MURRAY AND the late FRANK CARSON.
After hitting the top on the sports dinner circuit Bob developed as a more general comic appearing on stage and in cabaret.

Ronnie Corbett invited him to appear at a charity event on the same bill as JASPER CARROT, BRUCE FORSYTH, JIMMY TARBUCK and, of course, Ronnie himself.
He then appeared on BBC-1 on “JIM DAVIDSON PRESENTS” from London’s Cambridge Theatre. On the same bill were BRYAN FERRY, RONAN KEATING, STATUS QUO and JETHRO.
In show business we think he’s the bees’ knees. He’s the most sought-after after dinner speak in the country and that’s a fact
He became a regular on Channel 4’s “Countdown” and on BBC TV’s “Aunties Bloomers” with Sir Terry Wogan.

His biggest-ever audience was at the Royal Albert where 5,000 people enjoyed his appearance at a Tribute Band Concert.
