Off to Hampshire for a wonderful lunch for 40 friends of Charles Collingwood and Judy Wright (Brian and Shula in the Archers).

Many old friends there including new MCC President, Christopher Martin-Jenkins MBE, his great mate ITV's Fred Dineage, who's just got his MBE, BBC's Michael Buerk, author Andrew Morton and owner of Annabel's, The Ivy, Wentworth and much more beside, Richard Caring who came by helicopter of course.he did a short thank you after lunch and they all managed a laugh despite the disaster of the football.
